KPMG, April 2018 – August 2021

Led an 8-member team to develop, implement, and improve the tax data collection strategy for a $55B private equity client which contributed to an increase in revenue by 14% in 2020 ($6M to $7M) and 12.5% in 2021 ($7M to $8M). I have accomplished this by executing the following below:

Optimized SQL queries by utilizing CTE's and window functions. This lead to a reduction in time spent data wrangling to 7 hours weekly (my peers spent 15 hours weekly to retrieve the same data)
Developed KPI's that focused on improving productivity and client services by designing Tableau dashboards for internal stakeholders and clients. These dashboards enabled internal stakeholders valuable insights regarding their tax return projects involving clients during weekly meetings.
improved the data collection process by developing training guides and led productive weekly meetings which resulted in receiving tax documents at an earlier date; tax documents received increased in April by 91% in 2020 and in May by 68% in 2021

Senior Office Service Representative

KPMG, April 2017 – April 2018

Led the recruiting coordination efforts at KPMG Sacramento (Tax & Audit) by building relationships with 6 universities, scheduling, planning, and attending recruiting events, and interviewing candidates. This initiative allowed KPMG Sacramento to interview 40 candidates and hire nine professionals for 2018. I have accomplished this by executing the following below:

Utilized Avature to perform the full life cycle recruiting and sourcing for candidates.
Planned and scheduled 6-8 recruiting events yearly which enabled KPMG Sacramento to establish valuable relationships with Beta Alpha Psi and Accounting Society in the NorCal region.
